| "Teaching students, rather than courses," is a statement I subscribe to in practicing my craft at
the Center for American Education, where I typically teach courses in
Environmental Science and Intro. to Chemistry. The students as
unique individuals have made this profession meaningful and exciting, from
semester to semester.
My training is two-pronged: pure science and science education. In the sciences, I conducted researches on soft corals and medicinal plants (microbial and phytochemical screening).
